What does negative carry forward mean?
Negative carry forward (NCF) means you lose commission for the week. In other words, your players win online bets, and you don't get paid for commissions during the week. This will accumulate in the negative carry forward and will be shown in red. You will not receive any commission until your negative carry forward is completed.

What is affiliate referral commission?

If you are an affiliate and you help someone to create an affiliate account, you will receive a commission of 2.5% of the actual net profit of this affiliate for the entire month. This is called Affiliate Referral Program

What are the requirements to be eligible for Affiliate Referral Commission?

Affiliates will only qualify for commission payouts if the following conditions are met:
1. Affiliates require 5 active affiliates or 25 active players;
2. Affiliates will not be allowed to withdraw commission if they have NCF (Negative Carry Forward).
Note: Referral commission will be paid once a month.

My referral affiliate has not been added to my account. Is there anything I can do about this?
